East Quarter I – Great Two Bedroom Apartment for small family.

With its chic chocolate and cream décor, wooden floorboards and contemporary furniture this stylish 2-bedroom holiday home sleeps up to four guests in the east of Amsterdam.

Relax on the comfortable sofa and the modern white circular chair and matching coffee table. You can enjoy the flat screen TV also provided here for your entertainment. You will find a sleek smoked glass dining table with six chairs for you to enjoy meal times together. Prepare all your favorite recipes in the excellent open plan and fully fitted kitchen.

The two bedrooms are beautifully presented with a sophisticated modern décor. One room has a double bed whilst the second has two singles. Each room has good storage for your clothes and belongings as well as calming mood lighting. There are two private bathrooms in the property each immaculately presented with mosaic tiles in colors in sync with the rest of the apartment. You will find a combination of two toilets, a bath and a shower.


Important information
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will trigger the fire alarm. A false alarm will be fined.

Location

You will find the East Quarter Apartment I towards the east of the city centre at the corner of the beautiful Oosterpark on the border of the leafy Plantage and the charming Dapperbuurt districts. The Dapperbuurt neighbourhood is the Amsterdam’s equivalent of New York’s Greenwich Village with its rich architecture, and energetic multi-cultural identity. The great jewel of the district is the Dappermarkt just a few minutes away on foot. This city market was once voted by National Geographic Traveller magazine as one of the world’s “top ten shopping streets”. The market has over 200 stalls selling all number of crafts, clothing and international food.

The Tropenmuseum and Oosterpark are close-by, as well as the Artis Zoo and aquarium which lie just 4 minutes’ walk away from the apartment.

From Schiphol to the Apartment : €40 – €55

 

Train [40min]
Embark on a train from “Schiphol Airport” to “Amsterdam Centraal Station”. From “Amsterdam Centraal Station” take another Train to Station: “Muiderpoort” [1 min walk to apartment from the train stop] Extra note; The Public Transport system is very safe and secure in Amsterdam.

Terms & Conditions

Online payment is a pre-payment with a balance due upon arrival

  • The paid pre-payment is non-refundable at any time, not even in case of force majeure.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 21 days before the start of the stay will be charged with 100% of the balance due.
  • By accepting our terms and conditions during the booking process you provide us with the right to charge your credit card with the balance due in case of a late cancellation or no show situation.
  • Cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.

The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking:

  1. If the guest(s) are not able to pay the online payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.
  2. If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or driver’s license upon arrival.
  3. If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.
  4. The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
  5. It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.
  6. The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.

The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws. In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client. If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
