East Quarter 10 – Great Apartment for Single Traveler or a Couple!

Upcoming Dutch architect Renato Perotti, designed a relaxing environment full of natural elements in this two person studio.

The stylish living room features a large flat screen TV with Blu-ray player, dining table with designer barstools and comfortable sofa. The open plan designer kitchen is equipped with two pit stove, microwave-oven and dishwasher. One small flight of stairs takes you to the beautiful designed open bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The attractive bathroom is equipped with separate shower and bath. 


Location

The apartments are located at the corner of the Oosterpark, Amsterdam’s first laid out green space in the 1880s. The Oosterpark is located on the east side of the city center. From the apartment it’s only a short walk to the city center. “Artis” the famous Amsterdam zoo, is also at walking distance. Tram 9 stops in front of the door and is the most useful for getting to the centre. A variety of restaurants and cafés can be found alongside the park as well as the Tropenmuseum, which gives insights into Dutch colonial activities in the East Indies. Don’t miss out on the numerous exotic takeaways & restaurants nearby the Linnaeusstraat.

Important information
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will trigger the fire alarm. A false alarm will be fined.

The bath linen we use is made of Fair-trade cotton. Fair-trade cotton is cotton that is produced durable without any insecticides in developing countries. By paying an honest price to local farmers the environment of those who are directly involved is improved step by step.

First take a train from “Schiphol Airport” to “Central Station”. From “Central Station” take another Train to Station: “Muiderpoort” [7 min walk to apartment from the train stop]


Bus from Schiphol Airport [56min]
Line 341 to bus stop: “Amsterdam Zuid ” from there you switch to bus line 65 to “Javaplein” [ 12 min walk from the bus stop ]

Online payment is a pre-payment with a balance due upon arrival

  • The paid pre-payment is non-refundable at any time, not even in case of force majeure.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 21 days before the start of the stay will be charged with 100% of the balance due.
  • By accepting our terms and conditions during the booking process you provide us with the right to charge your credit card with the balance due in case of a late cancellation or no show situation.
  • Cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.

The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking:

  1. If the guest(s) are not able to pay the online payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.
  2. If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or driver’s license upon arrival.
  3. If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.
  4. The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
  5. It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.
  6. The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.

The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws. In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client. If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
