Apartment Features

Bright, spacious and elegant, the open-plan Leidseplein Longstreet Apartment 1 is split into two levels and boasts a deliciously warm decor of birch and blond woods, bringing a feeling of homeliness to this finest of Amsterdam homes. The living room boasts large windows which flood the room with natural light, an ample and very comfortable sofa bed, a designer coffee table and a cosy fire place. A television and DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Situated next to the kitchen is a dining table to seat four people.

The homely kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and features a microwave, coffee machine, traditional oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

Situated on the apartment’s lower level, the luxurious bedroom continues the warm decor theme and features a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a full length mirror. Adjacent is the charming bathroom which boasts ample storage cabinets, a relaxing bathtub and a separate steam shower cubicle.

The Leidseplein Longstreet Apartment 1 also has a patio area which brings you even closer to the excitement and action of the Leidsedwarsstraat.

With the apartment being located in the middle of one of Amsterdam’s most vibrant nightlife areas, guests staying in the Leidseplein Longstreet Apartment 1 may experience an increased level of noise, particularly at the weekend.

Location
Right at your doorstep is the famous Leidseplein Square, vibrating with bars, restaurants, clubs and theatres. Surrounding the square there are many terraces where you can sit and chill out, sip a drink while people watching or just be entertained by street bands or performers.

Located on the square are the Stadsschouwburg municipal theatre, the Leidseplein Theatre, Paradiso and Melkweg Theatres, the Nieuwe De La Mar Theater also the entrance to the Vondelpark municipal park, the Holland Casino and the City Theatre cinema. From here you can walk the whole city

Board the BusLine 397 from “Schiphol Airport” to bus stop: “Leidseplein”  from Leidseplein it’s a one minute walk to the apartment.

Online payment is a pre-payment with a balance due upon arrival

  • The paid pre-payment is non-refundable at any time, not even in case of force majeure.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 21 days before the start of the stay will be charged with 100% of the balance due.
  • By accepting our terms and conditions during the booking process you provide us with the right to charge your credit card with the balance due in case of a late cancellation or no show situation.
  • Cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.

The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking:

  1. If the guest(s) are not able to pay the online payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.
  2. If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or driver’s license upon arrival.
  3. If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.
  4. The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
  5. It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.
  6. The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.

The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws. In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client. If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
