Leidsesquare City Centre Apartment C – Excellent Two Bedroom apartment in the heart of Amsterdam’s vibrant nightlife.

This spacious 2-bedroom apartment is located in the middle of the vibrant Leidseplein area. Located at the corner of two of the most popular nightlife streets around Leidseplein, this apartment is therefore less suitable for those seeking rest.

The apartment, with wooden flooring throughout, offers two bedrooms and a bright and spacious living featuring two comfortable sofas, coffee table, large flatscreen TV with DVD player and a wooden dining table. One bedroom comes with three single beds, the other bedroom comes with two single beds.

The bathroom comes with a shower cabin and sink. The apartment features a separate toilet as well.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to prepare your own in house meals. It features a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and coffee machine.

This apartment is located on the second floor and is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons to sleep.

Important information:
As this apartment is located in one of the most vibrant night-life centers of Amsterdam, there will be an increased level of sound from the surrounding area. Therefore this apartment is not suitable for guests looking for an apartment in a quiet neigbourhood.

Location
Located close by the Nieuwmarkt (New Market) and Rembrandt square, in a quiet and a picturesque side street with canals all around.The Nieuwmarkt is a square, popular for its cafes, restaurants and markets. It is close to Waterloo Square, Dam Square, Central Station, China Town, and all the major sights and attractions are fairly within walking distance. The Amsterdam nightlife on the Rembrandt Square is only a five minutes walk. There is easy access to public transport from Rembrandt Square.

From Schiphol to the Apartment : €40 – €55

 

Train & Metro 52 [30min]
Embark on the next train from “Schiphol Airport” to “Amsterdam Zuid”. At Amsterdam Zuid switch to Metroline 52 towards Noord.  Disembark at Metro stop  “Vijzelgracht”. From there it’s an 8 minute walk. Uber/Cab would cost around 12€ to the Apartment.

Bus from Schiphol Airport [56min]
Take the bus line #397 from Schiphol Airport to bus stop: “Leidseplein”.  From there it’s a 5minute walk to the Apartment.

Online payment is a pre-payment with a balance due upon arrival

  • The paid pre-payment is non-refundable at any time, not even in case of force majeure.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 21 days before the start of the stay will be charged with 100% of the balance due.
  • By accepting our terms and conditions during the booking process you provide us with the right to charge your credit card with the balance due in case of a late cancellation or no show situation.
  • Cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.

The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking:

  1. If the guest(s) are not able to pay the online payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.
  2. If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or driver’s license upon arrival.
  3. If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.
  4. The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
  5. It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.
  6. The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.

The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws. In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client. If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
