De Pijp Boutique 1 – Great Apartment for 4 Guests in the heart of Amsterdam.

The apartment

De Pijp Boutique Apartments offer you a peaceful retreat. Just 5 minutes by tram from the busy city center it’s contemporary interior brings you at peace and convey a sweet serenity which makes this apartment a perfect hide out for your holiday. The 45 sqm. comfortable and centric De Pijp Boutique Apartment 1 can house four guests and it’s located on the second floor.


The living room
In the living room, you will find a snug sofa, comfy arm chairs and a Flat Screen TV. By folding out the double sofa bed, the apartment can sleep a maximum of 6 persons.


The kitchen
The kitchen features a stove top, a microwave-oven combination and has plenty of utensils to prepare your home cooked meal, which can be enjoyed at the large dinner table.


The bedrooms
In this apartment you will find two cozy bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, the other featuring two convenient single beds.


The bathroom
The modern bathroom offers a shower, sink and toilet.

From Schiphol to the Apartment : €40 – €55

 

Train & Metro [27min]
First take a train from “Schiphol Airport” to “Amsterdam Zuid”.  From “Amsterdam Zuid”  change to Metroline 52 towards “Noord”. Disembark at the metro stop: “De Pijp”.  From the metrostop it’s an 11 min walk to the apartment. If you decide to take an Uber/Cab, that would cost max €12.5 to the apartment.

*There is a baby cot available for an extra charge of Euro 40 per night.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 300 is required. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, provided that no damages were made to the accommodation.

Terms & Conditions

Online payment is a pre-payment with a balance due upon arrival

  • The paid pre-payment is non-refundable at any time, not even in case of force majeure.
  • Bookings cancelled less than 21 days before the start of the stay will be charged with 100% of the balance due.
  • By accepting our terms and conditions during the booking process you provide us with the right to charge your credit card with the balance due in case of a late cancellation or no show situation.
  • Cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.

The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking:

  1. If the guest(s) are not able to pay the online payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.
  2. If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or driver’s license upon arrival.
  3. If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.
  4. The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
  5. It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.
  6. The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.

The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws. In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client. If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
