This fully furnished 120 square meter apartment is located on the 2nd, 3rd floor and 4th floor of a monumental building, was completely renovated in 2012. It now features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen. The apartment is stylishly decorated with antiques and modern furniture and has 4 meter high ceiling!

When entering on the ground floor, you can reach the first floor by stairs where you find the entrance to the apartment. On the second floor the spacious dining room and open plan kitchen is located. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and a Boretti 5 hob gas stove! All other kitchen supplies for daily use are provided as well. Adjacent to the kitchen you find the dining room with a dining table that seat 6. On the second floor you find the living room with comfortable sofa and two large sofa seats. The flat screen TV provided has over 100 international channels and wireless internet is provided. Adjacent to the living room you find the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. The comfortable bathroom has a bath, vanity and toilet.

In the spacious attic room with original beams you find 3 single beds and second bathroom. This bathroom has a shower, double wash basin and toilet.
